Return Policy / Quality Policy
All occurrences involving the exchange or return of products must be reported within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, and communicated to our Customer Service (SAC), by: phone +55 81 3040.9090 / WhatsApp +55 (11) 98128-3532 / E-mail info@vacuumpauher.com
After contacting us through one of these channels, you will receive a return form that must be completed and sent back with the product
Possible reasons for exchange or return include:
Withdrawal from the purchase
Product not in accordance with the order
Missing accessories
Defective product
In all cases mentioned above, it is essential to present the purchase invoice provided by Ortho Pauher. On the back of the invoice to be returned or exchanged, please indicate the reason for the return/exchange and the date of return
Return due to change of mind or withdrawal
If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to a change of mind or withdrawal, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt. The following conditions must be observed:
The product must not show any signs of use and must preferably be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and all accessories.
2. Product does not match the order or is missing accessories.
If you detect any abnormality upon delivery or if the product differs from the one you purchased, refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service to request an exchange.
If you detect a discrepancy after receiving the product, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving it to report the discrepancy to our Customer Service. Ortho Pauher will send a new product as described in your invoice and will recall the non-compliant product.
3. Return of defective product
All occurrences involving the exchange of defective products must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of delivery, and must be communicated to our Customer Service.
If you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, we will replace it with another product identical to the one described on your invoice. The product will only be replaced if a defect occurs through no fault of the costumer.
Ortho Pauher reserves the right not to exchange or accept the return of the product if the defect found was caused by misuse by the customer, as determined by the technical analysis.
IMPORTANT:
Time frame for resolving the exchange
Ortho Pauher has up to thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product at its factory, to verify whether the request meets the requirements of the Exchange and Return Policy.
