How to choose your size
Disc Model:
Measure the distance (mm) between your nipples and subtract 20 mm.
Hourglass Model:
Specially designed for women.
To perform the initial depth measurement, position the rulers below the nipple line, aligning them with the deepest point of the chest depression. Then, write down the measurement obtained.


Usage:
All information provided above and below must be reviewed by your physician, and the duration of use may vary depending on your diagnosis.
Add 5 extra minutes to each daily session according to the table below. It is important to follow this progression to allow your body to adapt as effectively as possible. If you experience significant discomfort, consult your physician.
The regimen described below should be followed consistently three times a day: in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
